Hotel Antofagasta

This hotel offers a classic vibe with a fantastic breakfast selection and super friendly staff, complemented by spacious beds and a convenient location near the mall.

The location and views from the hotel are excellent.

The hotel is very tires and some rooms are being updated, this causes a lot of noise and disruption within the hotel. The update is not before time so perhaps when complete this may make tghe hotel more comfortable. The hotel seems massively over-staffed which seems to have resulted in them becoming bored, lazy and unhelpfull. For example at breakfast we were uotnumbered 3 to 1 by waiters but still had to ask 4 times to get a coffee.

This hotel is conveniently located near the desert and a shopping mall filled with shops and restaurants. Plus, it's close to the public areas downstairs. 🛍️.

Dirty and old. Had no key for safe in room. All 6 were allocated to other guests.

This hotel has friendly and efficient staff, an incredible location with great public areas downstairs, and a fabulous breakfast that has plenty of options for everyone.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel where everything was nice, the views of the ocean were wonderful, the entire staff was efficient, and the restaurant offered great vegetarian options.

This hotel is in a well-located area with easy access to shopping and dining options. the rooms are clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and excellent views of the sea. the staff provides phenomenal service, always willing to help make your stay the best it can be. the breakfast is varied and delicious, offering hot and cold options to suit your taste. the hotel has a charming terrace where you can relax and take in the stunning scenery.

The noise level from the surrounding area can be quite high, which may be a disadvantage for light sleepers.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, great to explore the city easily. Our room was upgraded to have an ocean view, and it was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. We enjoyed the breakfast with a good mix of fruits, pastries, and meats. The staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating, especially when we arrived late and a bit smelly after hiking. The hotel facilities were well-maintained, and the secure parking was a plus.

The location is perfect, right on the waterfront in downtown, with easy access to nice beaches and the desert. The service was impeccable, with room service, dry cleaning, housekeeping, and laundry available. We also appreciated the shuttle service and the welcome drink upon arrival. The room was well-equipped with amenities like ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a balcony or terrace with garden furniture. The staff was friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. The leisure facilities, including the indoor and outdoor swimming pools, were a great addition to our stay. The Wi-Fi was reliable and there was an on-site car park for our convenience. we were very impressed with the comfort and quality of this venue.

We would highly recommend this hotel to families.

The hotel is in a fantastic location close to popular sights and entertainment. The pool is clean and well-maintained, providing a great place to unwind after a day of exploring. The bilingual staff are friendly and helpful, offering great advice on local attractions and restaurants to try.

The rooms could use some updating, as they feel a bit old and worn. The lighting in the rooms could be improved, as it is quite dim and difficult to read or work.

I was really surprised by the wonderful views of the ocean from my room at this hotel. The location was perfect, with a new shopping center nearby and a yacht club restaurant just a stone's throw away. The comfortable rooms and great staff added to the pleasant experience. I highly recommend this hotel.
